Quit Genius: An Intelligent Way to Quit Smoking Forever!
What can often be a simple habit to begin with, can become a major roadblock in the lives of people. Smoking is one of the most dangerous of these habits that can turn out to be a deadly addiction. Fortunately, people realize this in time; but they often struggle to drop this addiction. And, that’s precisely what Quit Genius can help people do by helping people quit smoking the right way. In turn, This can help them live a healthier, happier and longer life.
This is a quit smoking mobile app that delivers scientifically-proven and personalised support to help people quit smoking for good. This stop smoking app uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to change the way a smoker thinks about smoking. It is split into a 4-stage programme in fun bit-sized steps of 5 minutes of daily activity. The 4 stages are as follows:

Stage 1- The user reflects on their smoking journey: the past, present as well as the future. They explore the reasons they started smoking in the first place and look towards a future without cigarettes.
Stage 2- In this stage, the user finds out about the science behind addiction and how nicotine affects the body and the mind. This step teaches the smoker about the working of nicotine, and its effect on the body and mind. Also the hurdles post-quitting are realised in this stage.
Stage 3- This stage is all about the misconceptions that smokers have about smoking. It helps address these misconceptions and change the way a smoker thinks about smoking.
Step 4- This final stage helps the user to focus on changing their behaviours so that they prepare themselves correctly before their quit date. So this stage puts everything they have learnt into practise.
Quit Genius is an quit smoking therapy which is split into small manageable steps that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
It not only makes the people change their pre-existing thoughts about smoking through CBT, but it also provides extensive support after setting their quit date by making personalised support plans. The app is proven by real science and has undergone successful pilots and trials. The app is also made more engaging by gamifying the process, with daily streak counts as well as time-based challenges along with unexpected trophies to help them always stay on track and be motivated.
Smokers can effectively quit smoking forever with the help of this quit smoking iPhone app. They now have access to evidence-based therapy at the click of a button. Quit Genius is available to download on an iPhone from the App store and also for android on the Google Play store.
